This Senior Analyst, IT Vendor Management position begins as a six month contract with potential permanent, full time employment. You will strengthen vendor relationships, commercial governance, and operational performance within a large healthcare enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and quarterly business reviews
- Conduct vendor risk assessments and resolve reported issues
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, and Power BI dashboards
- Recommend solutions for commercial and operational risks
- Develop governance frameworks,
reports, and process improvements
Requirements:
- Five or more years in IT vendor management or related operations
- Experience leading vendor governance within complex technology environments
- Proficiency with SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Ariba, or Workday
- Advanced Excel and strong Power Point skills
- Knowledge of IT contracts, commercial terms, and SLA frameworks
