As Regional Vice President, you manage operations under the COO while advancing growth and business objectives. The work includes profit, WIP turnover, quality, AR, staffing, budgets, and regional development. You also mentor Managers and Team Leads while supporting company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee regional field operations and key performance measures
- Develop new business and grow the assigned region
- Manage regional budgets, expenses, and approvals
- Mentor, train, and develop Managers and Team Leads
- Supervise staffing evaluations and facilitate regional meetings

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least ten years of insurance industry experience
- At least five years of management experience
- Robust technical knowledge across insurance lines and Lloyd's Market
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and computer skills
