Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting Various locations Tasks Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware Supervise other workers Estimate costs and materials Read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications Support for youths Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work setting for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
