This Warehouse Worker supports incoming and outgoing shipments in PERMA-PIPE’s industrial manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include preparing docks, matching products with purchase orders, inspecting quality, and maintaining inventory records. The work connects warehouse accuracy with shipping, vendor, and business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare receiving docks and materials for shipments
- Match products with purchase orders and expiration codes
- Load and unload deliveries using material handling equipment
- Process paperwork, shipment records,
and tracking information
- Report discrepancies and verify shipment documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift certification preferred; equipment experience demonstrated
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Computer literacy, including Excel and email
