This Delivery Lead supports Commercial and Business Banking Operations within a leading Canadian financial institution. The role owns integrated delivery plans, translates operational priorities into initiatives, and drives implementation through sustainment. Success requires experience across operations, technology, analytics, automation, change adoption, and risk controls.
Key Responsibilities: Own integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and accountable owners
Translate operational pain points into practical delivery plans
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and resolve delivery blockers
Manage delivery risks, issues, scope changes, and governance reporting
Coordinate testing, readiness, adoption, stabilization, and business handover
Requirements: 10+ years in program delivery, transformation, or business change
Banking operations experience with workflows, controls, and service levels
Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives through sustainment
Working knowledge of predictive, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
