Key Responsibilities: Acquire land rights and negotiate fair compensation
Secure permits and approvals while meeting regulations
Manage relationships with landowners, communities, and stakeholders
Prepare legal documents and maintain accurate records
Assess market trends and potential acquisition risks
Requirements: Two or more years of land acquisition experience
Live and work in Grande Prairie or surrounding area
Hold Alberta Permanent or Interim Land Agent License
Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean abstract
