Lead enterprise IAM migrations with technical awareness and stakeholder management for Systematix, collaborating across geographically distributed environments during Eastern Time Zone hours.
As Senior IT Project Manager, you will manage identity and access migration workstreams supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. The work spans discovery, assessment, planning, implementation, validation, adoption, and operational handover. You will coordinate application owners, IAM specialists, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute complex enterprise IAM migration initiatives
Assess identities, applications, access requirements, and technical dependencies
Develop schedules, milestones, resources, dependencies, and deliverables
Coordinate testing, cutover, issue resolution, and stabilization




Maintain RAID logs, governance, reporting, and executive communications
Requirements: Significant complex enterprise IT project management experience
Experience leading IAM or identity migration initiatives
Understanding of authentication, authorization, provisioning, and identity lifecycle processes
Experience coordinating multiple applications, platforms, and stakeholder groups
Robust planning, governance, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
Bring hands-on IAM migration leadership, cross-functional coordination, and delivery ownership to complex enterprise transformation initiatives through Systematix.
