Prepare the produce department for daily operations
Resolve Team Member and customer issues promptly
Manage merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and financial objectives




Monitor competitors and respond to local market conditions
Requirements: Minimum two years’ produce department management experience
Strong produce product knowledge and financial understanding
Solid computer skills and ability to learn systems
Understanding of Employment Standards, WHMIS, food safety, and loss prevention
Strong coaching, communication, listening, and creativity skills
Bring produce leadership, financial accountability, customer service, and team coaching to Longo’s daily retail operations.
