Key Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care under care plans and clinical guidelines
Assess health needs and escalate deterioration appropriately
Lead shifts and coordinate clinical priorities effectively
Administer medicines and maintain accurate medication records
Supervise staff and provide clinical direction
Requirements: Valid NMC registration and revalidation
