Support psychiatric prescribers through clinical assistance, screenings, and case management at Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State. Coordinate client care across teams.
The Psychiatric Provider Aide supports psychiatric prescribers in administrative and clinical areas. You will work with Mental Health Therapists, Chemical Dependency Professionals, and other care teams. The position helps maintain continuity of care, prepare visits, and coordinate community support services.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare charts, refill requests, and prescriber paperwork
Obtain subjective data and vital signs before visits
Monitor clients and report unusual or harmful behavior
Process medication refill requests for provider review




Coordinate care with integrated behavioral health teams
Requirements: Knowledge of age appropriate client care
Understanding of growth and development across the lifespan
Ability to follow Sea Mar policies and procedures
Commitment to compassionate, respectful client service
Ability to coordinate with psychiatric staff
Apply psychiatric support, clinical observation, and care coordination skills while serving diverse clients through Sea Mar’s integrated services.
