As Regional Vice President, you manage operations under the COO while advancing growth and business objectives. The work includes profit, WIP turnover, quality, AR, staffing, budgets, and regional development. You also mentor Managers and Team Leads while supporting company standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee regional field operations and key performance measures
Develop new business and grow the assigned region
Manage regional budgets, expenses, and approvals
Mentor, train, and develop Managers and Team Leads
Supervise staffing evaluations and facilitate regional meetings
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least ten years of insurance industry experience
At least five years of management experience
Robust technical knowledge across insurance lines and Lloyd's Market
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and computer skills
Bring insurance leadership, regional growth, operational oversight, and team development expertise to Sedgwick's designated territory.
