The Faculty of Engineering seeks three Teaching Assistants for ELG2136 Section A. The appointment runs from January 1 through April 30, 2027, for 130 total hours. Duties include leading labs and tutorials, correcting assignments and lab reports, and proctoring exams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Electronics I laboratories and tutorials
Correct assignments, laboratory reports, and related work
Proctor midterm and final examinations
Attend a required TA workshop when necessary
Requirements: Completed Electronics I or equivalent with an A or better preferred
Completed prerequisite courses with an A or better preferred
Demonstrated laboratory instrument experience
Experience using multimetres and oscilloscopes
Availability for assigned DGD, TUT, or LAB supervision
Support Electronics I instruction through laboratory leadership, assessment, proctoring, and practical instrument experience at the University of Ottawa.
