Build employee experience expertise as an onsite Amazon HR Partner, using relationship-building and HR operations skills across AMZL.
As an HR Partner on Amazon Logistics’ People eXperience and Technology team, you will support standard work, employee engagement, and timely issue resolution. You will maintain an operations-floor presence while partnering with employees, leaders, PXT, and Operations. The position develops capabilities in HR processes, data insights, and HR technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Execute HR programs, workplace standards, and standard work consistently
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve or escalate concerns
Support roundtables, floor walks, and engagement activities
Coach frontline leaders on engagement and communication behaviors
Track PXT data, trends, feedback, and follow-up actions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or qualifying Amazon experience
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Effective communication with diverse audiences
Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
Use employee support, engagement, data insights, and HR technologies to strengthen Amazon’s onsite workplace experience.
