Ledcor seeks an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on large, complex power utility projects. You will develop project plans, monitor performance, anticipate client needs, and resolve construction issues. The work requires expertise in construction documents, contracts, costs, budgets, and current utilities practices.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily field operations for power utility construction projects
Develop project quality and safety programs
Review schedules, milestones, delays, and completion dates
Estimate activities, materials, labour,



and project pursuit requirements
Guide staff and superintendents across multiple teams
Requirements: 15 years of powerline construction experience
Five or more years as a superintendent
Post-secondary construction, engineering, related education, or equivalent experience
Project scheduling, constructability, communication, and mentoring abilities
Clean driver's abstract and previous staff supervision experience
Bring powerline construction expertise, project scheduling leadership, and team guidance to Ledcor's complex utility projects.
