The Regional Vice President, Operations provides strategic and tactical leadership across a significant operational area. You will manage performance metrics, develop teams, and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional departments. The position supports business objectives through operational improvement, financial management, and technology optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Establish KPIs and analyze operational performance trends
Manage budgets, costs, resources, and financial performance
Lead managers, supervisors, and frontline employees
Ensure safety,



food safety, transportation, and environmental compliance
Lead complex projects and strategic operational initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
At least 11 years of experience
At least seven years leading a team
Expert knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Proficiency with WMS, ERP, or TMS systems
Bring strategic leadership, analytical decision-making, and operational improvement expertise to Sysco's Atlantic operations from Halifax.
