As a Staff Software Engineer, you will guide complex software solutions from design through deployment while mentoring engineers. Your work spans React or Angular, C#/.Net Core, scalable APIs, relational and NoSQL databases. You will shape maintainable systems supporting payroll processing across North America.
Key Responsibilities: Lead feature development from design through deployment across the full stack
Design scalable cloud infrastructure with automation wherever possible
Monitor services and respond to incidents against SLA requirements
Document architecture decisions and align technical goals




Mentor engineers on development and cloud practices
Requirements: Seven plus years in software engineering and cloud infrastructure
Experience designing and scaling complex software systems
Advanced React or Angular and C#/.Net Core skills
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure as code
