A career as a Senior Developer in Platform
Data Engineering on the Horizon team at National Bank means helping to design,
develop and operationalise a data and analytics platform based on snowflake and
AWS cloud services. This position allows you to have a positive impact on
modernising our solutions thanks to your expertise in data engineering,
automation and DevOps practises.
Design, develop and maintain robust, efficient and scalable data
pipelines on AWS and snowflake.
Data ingestion, transformation and exposure mechanisms to ensure
availability, reliability and scalability.
Evolve the data platform by automating the infrastructure with
Terraform and applying DataOps best practises.
Define and implement development, security, governance,
documentation and automated testing standards.
Optimize code quality and solution performance through code
reviews, artificial intelligence-assisted development tools, and ongoing
integration and deployment practises.
Support team members by sharing your technical expertise and
actively contributing to agile activities and releases.
