As Senior Manager, Market Operations, you will build, operate, and scale Gatik’s regional presence. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across fleet, safety, customer service, field technicians, and shift supervision. The work connects depot execution with customer SLAs, autonomous vehicle testing, vendor performance, and market growth.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee depot, freight, yard, fueling, and infrastructure operations
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and R&D; integration
Lead workforce recruitment, scheduling, recertification, and performance
Enforce Safety Management System, compliance, and incident response




Execute market launches, route expansion, and operational scaling
Requirements: Bring 6–10+ years of operational leadership experience
Manage multidisciplinary fleet, safety, technical, and service teams
Understand freight flows, yards, staging, and fueling infrastructure
Apply commercial vehicle mechanical knowledge in technology environments
Use KPIs, vendor management, and communication to resolve disruptions
