As a Product Manager, you will define product vision, maintain a feature-rich roadmap, and translate stakeholder needs into requirements. You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, Support, Payroll Operations, UX Design, and development teams. The work includes integrated products, system functionality, and related business processes.
Key Responsibilities: Define product strategy and vision through research, interviews, and analytics
Build and maintain a high-value product roadmap
Gather feedback and articulate use cases across stakeholder groups
Lead cross-functional initiatives and related system integrations




Manage agile backlogs, requirements, testing, and launch support
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
Product management experience with enterprise SaaS products
Experience navigating complex platform integrations
Robust written, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate technical or analytics concepts for business audiences
