As Infrastructure Planning Specialist, you will connect commercial and technical teams across Enbridge’s Liquids Pipelines network. You will evaluate opportunities, develop optimization strategies, and recommend solutions supporting system performance and financial results. The work requires pipeline operations knowledge, analytical judgment, and strong stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate commercial opportunities and operational requests for feasibility
Develop executable solutions that maximize system value
Advance optimization initiatives and supporting business cases




Define project scope for growth and energy transition initiatives
Partner across commercial, operational, and technical teams
Requirements: Technologist diploma; engineering bachelor’s degree considered
Twelve or more years of relevant industry experience
Knowledge of Liquids Pipeline systems and operations
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
Ability to travel across Canada and the United States
Bring strategic infrastructure planning, pipeline expertise, and commercial insight to Enbridge’s Alberta-based Liquids Pipelines network.
