Reporting to the Director of Care, the Registered Nurse supports resident well-being at Sienna Senior Living. You will assess needs, plan care, deliver skilled procedures, administer medications, and complete documentation. The work centers on comfort, dignity, respect, and meaningful relationships with seniors.
Key Responsibilities: Assess and plan resident needs and nursing care
Deliver skilled procedures and administer medications
Document care according to required standards
Collaborate with residents or substitute decision makers
Teach nursing and personal support team members current skills
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent
Current provincial Registered Nurse registration
Knowledge of nursing processes and geriatric care trends
Effective written and verbal English communication skills
Administrative, computer, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Use nursing assessment, care planning, and leadership skills to support residents at Muskoka Shores Community with dignity.
