Key Responsibilities: Source current commercial real estate mortgage opportunities
Structure financing solutions for commercial, multifamily, and construction projects
Lead client meetings throughout the origination process
Oversee underwriting with the analyst team
Liaise with lenders and drive transactions through funding
Requirements: Eight or more years in relevant real estate financing
Four or more years in senior or progressive leadership
Strong financial analysis and underwriting fundamentals
Proven full-cycle sales and origination experience
