This experienced consultant reviews security controls across network, cloud, and infrastructure environments. The work combines vulnerability management, configuration drift monitoring, firewall reviews, and compliance oversight. You will identify security gaps, validate remediation, and provide technical guidance aligned with enterprise policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities: Review configurations against security policies, baselines, and hardening standards
Monitor configuration drift and track remediation activities
Analyze Qualys perimeter scans and vulnerability findings
Assess network architectures,
connectivity designs, and infrastructure deployments
Communicate risks and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements: Solid network architecture and security principles knowledge
Experience reviewing firewalls, routing, DNS, proxies, and load balancers
Hands-on Qualys or similar vulnerability management experience
Knowledge of segmentation, DMZ architecture, and hybrid connectivity
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Use governance, vulnerability management, and network security skills to strengthen controls across hybrid infrastructure and cloud environments.
