CAAT Pension is seeking a Manager of Employer Onboarding to lead the onboarding of new employers and oversee end-to-end onboarding plans. You will coordinate Legal, Policy, Communications, Education, IT and other departments while mentoring the onboarding team to deliver high-quality results.
The role demands solid project management, relationships with stakeholders, and deep knowledge of pension systems and payroll data.
