Cogir Senior Living seeks an experienced nurse ready for leadership under the Health and Wellness Manager. This full time role combines floor-based clinical work with administrative management. You will support residents, families, and clinical team members while developing management experience.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily nursing department operations
Participate in Care Conferences with residents and families
Recruit, onboard, schedule, supervise, and evaluate clinical staff
Assess compliance with policies, regulations, and work practices
Apply disciplinary processes with leadership
Requirements: Current provincial registration as an LPN, RPN, or RPN equivalent
Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience
Experience developing resident service plans
Current knowledge of provincial legislation and care standards
Current Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Background Check
