As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will partner with leaders and HR colleagues across the employee lifecycle. You will deliver employee-focused solutions while leading defined initiatives and projects. The work includes HR best practices, employment requirements, recruitment, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities: Advise leaders on complex employee relations and HR best practices
Interpret policies and employment requirements for practical solutions
Lead HR programs, projects, policies, and process improvements
Support recruitment, workforce planning, sourcing, and hiring decisions




Analyze HR metrics and recommend service delivery improvements
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, labour relations, or related field
