Production Support Technology Analysts in Mississauga use problem solving, monitoring tools, and automation skills within Citi’s hybrid Full Time Analyst Program.
This two-year program starts in July and includes robust training and rotations across teams. Analysts support live production systems, troubleshoot incidents, improve monitoring, and develop tooling using Linux or Unix, SQL, Python, and technologies such as Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities: Support incident and problem management throughout the complete lifecycle
Monitor end-to-end application environments in real time
Improve monitoring and alerting with ITRS Geneos and Grafana
Develop applications and scripts that automate processes
Coordinate with developers, business teams,



and technology partners
Requirements: Graduate between December 2026 and May 2027
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline
Basic algorithmic programming ability for technical interviews
Excellent communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
Willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones
