Procom is recruiting for a six-month contract, with possible extension, supporting a banking client. The Business Systems Analyst will lead change initiatives, manage delivery risks, and strengthen operational readiness. The work spans derivatives, FX, money market, and transaction lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities: Drive Derivatives and FX Services strategy through delivery governance
Lead business and operational change from scoping through implementation
Manage plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment
Deliver readiness through communications, training, and process updates




Remediate control gaps and risk issues using compliance practices
Requirements: Eight years of Business Systems Analyst experience
Solid capital markets product and operations knowledge
Knowledge of derivatives, FX, money market, and transaction lifecycles
Ability to partner across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Risk
Focus on controls, regulatory compliance, risk, and data quality
Bring capital markets analysis, delivery governance, and risk controls expertise to Procom’s Toronto banking client on a hybrid contract.
