The Organizational Change Management Lead will guide transformation activities for a large industrial organization. You will develop change strategies, coordinate communications, support training, and strengthen readiness and adoption. The work involves close collaboration with business and program leaders throughout implementation.

Requirements: Related university degree or equivalent education and experience
Significant experience leading large transformation change management
Strong facilitation, communications, and executive advisory skills
Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Change or project management certification considered an asset
