As a Pharmacy Assistant with Cencora’s Innomar Strategies business, you will support patient and provider services across Canada. The work includes reviewing workflow details, coordinating documentation, maintaining quality standards, and resolving routine operational issues. You will help support compliant handoffs and reliable pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities: Support prescription intake and specialty pharmacy fulfillment activities
Coordinate prior authorization documentation and daily operational handoffs
Review claims, orders, refills, shipments, and inventory details
Track backorders, substitutions, replenishment,



and product availability updates
Document workflow activity and resolution steps accurately
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
At least two years of relevant operational experience
Experience in pharmacy support or healthcare operations
Pharmacy technician certification preferred
Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards
