Install underground services at Red Chris Mine with Barminco, using service-crew skills and working a 14-shifts-on, 14-shifts-off FIFO rotation.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Underground Service Crew worker installs, maintains, and repairs underground services. Duties support underground development mining and require safe operations. The work includes pumping, ventilation, communications, construction support, and equipment maintenance at site.
Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair air, water, and pump lines
Install ventilation bags, electrical cables, and submersible pumps
Install grout, plates, and tension cable bolts
Install and remove underground communication equipment
Assist with ventilation, concrete, pump,



and plumbing construction
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred two to three years of underground service crew experience
Valid Driver’s License; manual transmission experience is an asset
Follow verbal and written instructions with robust radio etiquette
Work rotational camp shifts, including days and nights
Bring underground service, communication, and construction skills to Barminco’s Red Chris Mine crew while maintaining safe operations.
