Dexterra Group is seeking a Lead Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant for a 160-person exploration camp. You will coordinate housekeepers and janitors, maintain standards, and support protected operations. The work requires remote-camp experience, supervision, organization,



and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings covering tasks and safety
• Supervise and train up to ten housekeeping employees
• Complete daily and weekly housekeeping and janitorial audits
• Manage cleaning-supply inventory and place required orders
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Minimum two years supervising employees
• Five-plus years housekeeping experience in remote camps
• Valid drivers licence and government-issued photo identification
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work Nunavut weather and physical demands
