About the Job: We are looking for a Team Leader to help support our business in Calgary. The successful candidate must have a good driving abstract and be able to provide as such.
Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for overseeing the Security Team.
Scheduling.
Evaluate and document employees' performance and provide feedback to Skanna Management.
Reports directly to Skanna Management and the client.
Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Skanna Management and the client.
Perform daily audits to ensure Guards are doing their assignments correctly.
Ensure all security staff is fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plans.
Requirements: Valid Alberta Security Guard License.
College degree or higher qualification.
Must have own vehicle.
Flexibility to work all shifts including nights and weekends as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent customer service with demonstrated experience.
