As an Audit and Assurance Manager, you will plan, execute, and finalize engagements with Partners and the Assurance & Advisory team. The position requires public accounting experience, leadership, technical analysis, and professional judgment. You will support clients across owner-managed businesses and private enterprises while guiding team development.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and complete Audit and Review engagements
Manage budgets, work in progress, and timely billing
Mentor professionals and guide accounting and auditing standards
Analyze financial information, controls, and accounting processes




Compile financial statements and review related disclosures
Requirements: CPA or CA designation with five years public accounting experience
Two years in progressive management with a CPA firm
Experience serving owner-managed businesses and private enterprises
Solid leadership, communication, and client service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CaseWare, Tax Prep, and QuickBooks
