Environmentall Contracting Services is seeking a Civil Construction Superintendent for projects involving demolition, civil, and construction work. The position coordinates site resources, communicates with general contractors and owners, and maintains agreed scope and schedules. Success requires leadership, teamwork, accountability, and issue resolution with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, tools, and subcontractors
Liaise with general contractors, owners, and client representatives
Enforce safety, quality, service, schedule, and scope standards




Assist with project estimates and baseline schedules
Provide production data, incidents, signoffs, timesheets, and photos
Requirements: Five-plus years supervising civil projects exceeding $2 million
Required First Aid, WHMIS, WAH, and Supervisor certifications
Leadership and teamwork focused on delivering results
Self-accountability and high standards for others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
