This Senior Consultant role requires eight to ten years of professional cost estimating or quantity surveying experience. You will advise clients across project lifecycles, support investment decisions, and contribute to major infrastructure programs. The position combines consultancy, cost planning, assurance, risk, procurement, and commercial advisory expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Provide independent cost planning and risk recommendations
Lead estimate assurance and validation assignments
Facilitate risk quantification workshops for clients
Challenge contractor submissions during procurement processes




Mentor consultants, estimators, and quantity surveyors
Requirements: Eight to ten years of qualified cost estimating or quantity surveying experience
Experience delivering infrastructure cost and commercial advisory services
Confidence communicating technical and commercial estimating aspects
Experience with PDB, CMAR, CMGC, Alliance, or Design-Build
Strong commercial acumen and project controls understanding
