As SEO Strategist, Senior Living, you own search for senior living operators and home care agencies with multiple communities. You set technical roadmaps, guide keyword and on-page strategy, and explain ranking changes to clients. The work covers classic organic results and AI search.
Key Responsibilities: Own technical SEO roadmaps for senior living clients
Improve crawlability, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword, on-page, and content priorities
Optimize visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
Report through GA4 and Search Console quarterly
Requirements: Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
Experience running audits and making SEO fixes
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Transparent spoken English for live calls with US clients
