As a Senior Backend Software Developer, you will own technical roadmaps and architectural integrity for backend services and data-processing workflows. The work includes Python or Go, databases, query optimization, and AI tools such as Claude or Codex. You will collaborate with Product Management, Architects, UX, multifunctional teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical strategy across multiple backend and platform product areas
Own roadmaps and architectural integrity for backend services
Improve documentation, testing, observability, and CI/CD practices




Resolve production issues and support customer concerns
Mentor engineers and lead architecture reviews
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with seven-plus years, or master’s with four-plus
Distributed systems, databases, or query optimization development experience
Cloud technology experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Python or Go programming experience
AI tools experience supporting development and testing efficiency
