The role combines compliance leadership, staff development, performance management, and regulatory process expertise. You will influence policies, strengthen service delivery, and support documented procedures, training materials, and communications for advisors, branch managers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Train, coach, mentor, and develop supervision team members
Oversee conduct, performance, feedback, and staff reviews
Interview and hire new staff members




Provide regional and national compliance leadership
Identify opportunities to improve supervision systems and efficiency
Requirements: Seven or more years of relevant investment industry experience
Experience with a CIRO member firm or acceptable ICPM
Valid Canadian Securities Course certification
