Vincent Communication & Controls Ltd. seeks an experienced Field Service Coordinator to oversee daily operations. Coordinate crews, manage work orders, schedule service calls, and maintain client relationships. Provide leadership and technical support while supporting installations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities: Review service calls, prioritize work, and dispatch field crews
Assign work orders with equipment, materials, training, and site access
Coordinate subcontractors and adjust schedules for changing priorities
Communicate scheduling, progress, and service requirements to clients




Review completed work orders and ensure timely billing close-out
Requirements: Telecommunications installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience
Experience with radio, microwave, SCADA, cellular, and satellite systems
Leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid Class 5 licence with acceptable driver's abstract
Microsoft 365 and field service management software knowledge
Lead VCCL field coordination through telecommunications expertise, crew dispatch, client communication, and dependable work-order management in Grande Prairie.
