As a Senior Software Engineer on the Ecosystem Services Team, you will develop server-side logic and integrations. You will maintain cloud infrastructure, APIs, data contracts, and service reliability. Collaboration spans frontend engineers, product managers, Cloud Engineering, UX, and design partners.
Key Responsibilities: Lead backend development and maintain server-side application logic
Deploy, operate, monitor, and improve services in production
Investigate incidents during on-call and off-hours support rotations
Maintain monitoring and alerting with OpenTelemetry, Sentry, Prometheus, and Grafana
Contribute to API design, reviews,



security, and privacy assessments
Requirements: Four or more years of backend-focused software development experience
Skilled experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, or Rust
PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, schema design, and migrations proficiency
Google Cloud Platform and Docker deployment experience
Experience mentoring engineers and operating production services
