DXC Technology is seeking a Major Incident Manager to lead 24/7 Global Command Center incident restorations for a major customer with a track record of success. You will drive restoration activities, engage technical teams and service providers, and ensure timely communications and reporting across 160+ locations globally.
You will continuously improve processes, governance, and documentation, tracking KPIs for 2026.
