Lead Varicent’s offensive security program across applications, cloud environments, enterprise systems, and AI-enabled products through hands-on technical leadership.
As Director of Offensive Security, you will define strategy, guide penetration testing, and reduce security risk at scale. You will oversee red teaming, vulnerability management, AI security validation, and bug bounty programs. The work spans web, APIs, mobile, cloud, containers, and LLM technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the offensive security strategy and roadmap
Lead penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability research
Oversee web, API, mobile, cloud, and AI security testing
Design AI red teaming for LLM products and agentic workflows




Communicate security risks and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements: 10+ years of Information Security experience
5+ years in Offensive Security and 3+ years in Development or Engineering
Experience leading offensive security programs in SaaS and cloud environments
Expertise in penetration testing, red teaming, and AI security testing
Understanding of application security, cloud security, and secure development
Bring offensive security leadership, AI testing expertise, and risk-focused communication to Varicent’s global security program.
