This skilled coaching role develops and implements personalized, periodized training plans. You will assess fitness, technique, and physiology for road racing, mountain biking, and other disciplines. The work combines remote consultations with potential local assessments and ride-alongs.
Key Responsibilities: Design and adjust periodized cycling programs around athlete goals
Assess rider performance, technique, physiology, and current fitness
Monitor workload, recovery, and progress using training software
Guide training, nutrition, race strategy, and equipment decisions




Provide regular performance feedback and progress reports
Requirements: Recognized professional cycling coaching certification
At least five years coaching intermediate to elite cyclists
Experience designing plans across cycling disciplines
Understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and cycling nutrition
Proficiency with TrainingPeaks or Golden Cheetah
