As Senior Manager, you will lead engineers while contributing to RBC’s AML Data Foundation Hub. You will design production pipelines, distributed systems, and scalable data platforms. The work spans data modeling, medallion architecture, CI/CD, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and infrastructure as code.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop engineers through delivery
Build batch and incremental pipelines with Snowflake, Spark, and dbt
Design reliable, scalable, cost-efficient cloud data systems
Own data CI/CD, testing, orchestration, and observability
Establish AML-aligned quality,



reconciliation, lineage, and retention controls
Requirements: 10+ years delivering production pipelines and distributed systems
2-4+ years leading engineering teams
Hands-on Snowflake and production Spark expertise
Robust data modeling and medallion architecture skills
Experience with Airflow, dbt, containers, Kubernetes, or infrastructure as code
Bring senior engineering leadership and hands-on Snowflake, Spark, and cloud data expertise to RBC’s AML foundation.
