As a Principal, you will source opportunities, lead execution, and oversee investment relationships and performance. The $300M fund invests in women-led, high-growth, innovative technology companies across Canada. Your work will span due diligence, investment memos, portfolio support, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead initial company assessments and investment recommendations
Build networks for deal flow and syndication
Orchestrate complex due diligence analyses
Prepare Investment Memos for Investment Committee presentations
Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation
Requirements:



Seven to ten years of relevant skilled experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
Thorough understanding of sourcing, diligence, and portfolio management
Advanced Excel financial modeling and data analysis skills
Clear investment writing and structured problem-solving abilities
