Bowerman Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders. The work includes coordinating active projects, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, resources, and project close-out. Candidates should understand civil construction and read plans and specifications confidently.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare tender submissions and obtain tender documents
Perform quantity take-offs and determine work scope
Solicit pricing from subcontractors and vendors
Coordinate project schedules, resources, procurement, and risk mitigation
Manage change orders,



RFIs, quality control, and close-out
Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or construction management degree
Two years of applicable cumulative work experience
Familiarity with civil construction and construction survey layout
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of MS Project
Understanding of HCSS HeavyBid and AutoCAD software
Bring estimating, project coordination, communication, and software skills to Bowerman Construction’s civil projects across Vancouver Island and Western Canada.
