Bayer in Canada is seeking a Product Lead for Stroke/Thrombosis to own the Canadian launch of an oral FXIa inhibitor. You will build strategy, align across Marketing, Medical, Access, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, and ensure market readiness for launch approval.
The role demands 8+ years pharma leadership, solid collaboration, and a track record of successful Canadian launches. This is a hybrid role based in Mississauga, Ontario.
