Unica Insurance seeks a Prevention Advisor to survey commercial property, liability, and commercial auto risks. You will evaluate hazards, communicate risk opinions, and provide recommendations supporting underwriting. The work also involves relationships with Leadership, Commercial Insurance Underwriters, and Claims.
Key Responsibilities: Assess commercial property risks and identify exposures
Evaluate operational, safety, and hazard controls
Travel to insured properties for risk assessments
Photograph, measure, and document property conditions
Submit narrative reports to underwriting departments
Requirements: Minimum three years of property and commercial auto risk control experience
Knowledge of property, liability, and auto insurance
University or college degree
Construction, safety, fire safety, or risk services background
Valid driver's license and valuable driving record
Bring analytical, communication, and loss prevention skills to support Unica Insurance risk assessments and underwriting decisions.
