As Human Resources Director, you will lead all human resources activities at Simons’ Vancouver debut. The position requires retail HR leadership, team development, recruitment, training, employee guidance, and conflict resolution. You will support an inclusive, safe, comfortable, and compliant workplace while promoting the Simons service experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop management leadership skills and build a high-performance team
Ensure teams deliver the exceptional Simons service experience
Lead recruitment, training, and employee evaluation processes




Provide guidance through advantages, wellness, and savings resources
Promote diversity, safety, policies, and regulatory compliance
Requirements: Seven to ten years of human resources experience
Retail experience managing people and processes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
